1. What this service does
M3dia Arts Credential Vault helps registered users organize domain, social-media, and other account credentials, notes, and expiration reminders. Use it only for accounts and information you are authorized to manage.
2. Essential recovery notice
Your registered account email alone cannot recover or decrypt your encrypted vault. A password-reset link sent to that email can restore account access, but opening the vault still requires a valid recovery code. The code must have been saved earlier or delivered through the recovery process to the configured recovery email.
- Keep your password, recovery file, and unused recovery codes private and in separate safe locations.
- Keep access to both your registered account email and configured recovery email.
- If you lose the password and every valid recovery method, the encrypted vault contents may be permanently unavailable. M3dia Arts cannot bypass the encryption or recreate a lost recovery code.
- Reset links and recovery codes are sensitive. Do not forward, share, screenshot, or enter them on another website.
3. Security and privacy summary
Vault contents are encrypted in your browser before cloud storage. The service also uses encrypted network connections, authenticated sessions, per-user access controls, and protected administrative actions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users must also protect their devices, email accounts, passwords, recovery materials, and active sessions.
The service may store the registered email, recovery contact details, encrypted vault data, account status, timestamps, and security/audit records needed to operate and protect the app. The exclusive M3dia Arts owner can manage registered accounts and see account status, but the Owner Dashboard does not display passwords or decrypted vault contents.
4. User responsibilities
- Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse it on another service.
- Keep stored credentials accurate, lawful, and limited to what is necessary.
- Review expiration alerts and backups; alerts are assistance only and are not a guarantee that a renewal will occur on time.
- Sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
5. Availability and acceptable use
The service is provided for authorized business use and may be updated, interrupted, restricted, or suspended for maintenance, security, misuse, or legal requirements. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, probe other users' data, distribute malware, or use the vault for illegal activity.
6. Deletion and data loss
Deleting an account permanently removes the account, encrypted vault, and recovery data from the active service and cannot be undone through the app. Users should export any permitted records they need before deletion. Some limited security or audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, incident investigation, or legal obligations.
7. Changes and acceptance
These terms may be updated when the service or its security practices change. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you understand these terms and the recovery limitation above.
